General objective of the project:
Achievement and testing of the experimental model of the thermostatic device based on SMA fworking in the range 20-80oC
Scientific objectives:
Design of new shape memory alloy (SMA) for thermostatic device
Establishment of the performance criteria and of the working parameters of thermostatic device
Physical, mechanical and structural analysis of properties of SMA
Design, achievement and experimentation of sensing element of the thermostatic device (TD) based on SMA
Optimization of the proposed technology for TD the dissemination on large scale of the research results.
Technical objectives:
Design, establishment of the technology and achievement of the actuator based on SMA,
Experimentation of the achievement technology of the actuator based on SMA,
Achievement and testing of the experimental model of the thermostatic device based on SMA functioning in the range 20-80oC,
Workimg and utility demonstration of the SMA in the thermostatic devices,
Presentation book and homologation,
Implementation of an advanced technology of thermostatic device fabrication.
